Certain Unlockables not showing up.

My account has me credited for almost all the bonus content, and in game i have recieved most of it. The following pieces, however, will not show up as unlocked in my Unlockable screen and are not in my special delivery chest.

Staff of Parthalan
Ivo Family Crest
Air of Confidence
Evra's Trophy Belt
Evra's Might
Blood Dragon Armor

Yes the account i'm logged in with is the same here as on PSN. I
submitted a support ticket on the dragon age support site on the 8th and
they said it was fixxed. I corrected them on the ticket and asked for a
response but now, The 11th(in 5 minutes) i have heard nothing back. Any suggestions
would be really appreciated!

same thing si happening for me too. i have unlocked everything so far even 3/5 items in dragon age legends game everything but the air of confidence shows up unlocked in dragon age 2. for some odd reason when i unlocked air of confidence. it somehow says i have the credit for it in my bioware uploaded content but when i log into dragon age 2 and log into my online account on the game. the ring still doesnt show up at all. i think this should be forwarded to bioware support and hopefully they fix this bug soon.

when i restarted legends, my air of confidence unlocked. seemed when i made new. it didnt register it being unlocked but the evra items stayed on after restarting. for all you other guys. i dont know why they aint showing up. but every unlocked item is working for me. best to tell the staff about this and email them a troubleshooting letter about your unlockables.

cross finger... I am still waiting for my staff of parlathan and other unlockables. I almost finish act 1 I think, does the staff still worth the wait ?
