For anyone who hasnt gotten to this point and still has a chance on the first play through. Make sure you have Fenris in your party when you do his companion quest "Bitter Pill" I wasnt paying attention and went through it all without him there, you hear him talk but they all just look off to the side of the screen. I wasnt able to loot the quest item off the last boss of the dungeon or complete it. It must be completed to do his Act 3 Companion quest for anyone thats trying to romance him or gain friendly completely.
