 I 'm on Act II and begin Repentance. I collected all the codices and the gift for him. Once I finished the quest we went to the Chantry and resolved the Repentance quest. I then give him his Ancestral Bow (the gift).

 The problems are; Sebatian is locked in my party. I have tried to go from location to location, reloaded, restarted and so on to no avail. Also, I did not recieve my achievement for giving Sebatian his gift, the bow. What is going on?

 On the side note with Merrill; I went to Master Ilen and purchased the Halla Statue, gave it to Merrill and recieved +15 Rivalry, no matter the dialogue option I selected. I've restarted the game with out a different outcome. Am I missing something?

Has anyone had the issue where Sebastian is locked in the party on the PC and is willing to send me a saved game? If so, send me a private message. I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

In the mean time, you can unlock Sebastian by starting another companion quest that locks a character in to that slot.
