It also didn't give me statisfaction in some parts.
Story
In terms of story the game is great, bioware always makes great story like games cant fault it there, but in terms of area it was very limiting compared to dragon age origins, i felt that the cinematic trailer was alot of what we expected to see in dragon age 2, and it didn't deliver on that once you got into it. I played a mage myself and when i finished they game i was thinking where was that epic scene in the trailer where i summon arms from out of thin air to RIP my oppenents in half

WAS WAS a huge step forward to be honest, it is the defining thing for dragon age 2 and it works, i love the revamped combat system in flows very well. Now what i would like is some more of like what the enemy mobs/ bosses get, some of the end bosses in this game have some pretty awesome looking ablities that make our ablities look a little lame in comparison (I wont go into detail as it will spoil it for others) don't get me wrong but arn't we ment to be playing a hero that is just that a hero and awesome?
Spells
namely i seen enemy mages doing some pretty cool stuff and i was like "wow how come i cant have any of that". but the mage aspect has its elements that are pretty damn narly, WTB better blood mage spec at some time in the future as its a forbidden thing i would epxect some kind of awesome shiny destructive spell.
Now i didn't really play around with melee so you guys who did may have ideas on what its like so sorry its just about mages
Area
well alot of players including me felt it shouldn't have just taken place in just a city alone, like myself i was expecting to conquer a whole ZONE of region lol... well more like dragon age origins where you have many places to go.
verdict
well the game has its flaws but what game doesn't? i love dragon age 2 i thought it was a blast even if i thought it needed just that xtra polish.
