im in the first year of kirkwall, trying to recruit sebastian. im doing the Duty quest and i have to go kill my last group of thugs in the harbor. ive gon and killed them, but the quest wont update and the quest marker is pointing at an empty courtyard. any ideas? can i recruit him a diffrent way later on without completing this quest?
