I got the game yesterday and Started playing 2day I created my preson and then uploaded (aleast I think I uploaded) him to this site but I didn't get the lucky ring..why? Is there a certain order u have do it to get the ring?  Oh and I'm playing the PS3 Version.

The ring is not unlocked until after you upload a character with the Character Creator. It will then have to be be processed, which might take a bit, before it becomes available as DLC from within the game menu. Finally, you will have to figure out how to acquire it in game. You can find more details in DA Technical Support.

The character creator is used on your computer but is a separate program. I'd assume it would work provided the account you're using here is the same as the EA one you're using in the game.

It is. That is the requirement listed on the addon page. I'd guess the ring is simultaneously unlocked for all platforms.

k thanks, this is off topic but under the Player Profile why hasn't this site deleted Aedan caused I goofed on something in the game so I deleted the save data for that person

Although currently disabled (probably due to the bugs related to deleting characters and them re-appearing), there is a Manage Characters link under your Persona page. Once this is back up and running again, you can delete the characters you don't wish displaying online. Deleting them locally once uploaded does not have any bearing on the online submitted content.

I installed it and tried to play the CC and got an error saying "Can't find supported video card" what should I do?

It appears your computer is unable to run the CC (and by extension, the game). The easiest solution might be to login to your account on a friend's PC, with the CC, and upload a character there.

So it doesn't matter that the game has already come out we can still get the ring after the fact. all we have to do is upload a character right?

Yes.  I bought the game this past weekend and got the ring when I uploaded a character yesterday.  Also, it does unlock on all three platforms at the same time.

I ran it on my PC unloaded and saved a few characters and I was shocked when I started up my 360! Downloads availible Lucky Ring Yes

I cannot get the ring for any of my characters anyone know why im wanting it for my new tank i have CC and i have uploaded it into my DA.O game and nothing is there a stopping date or something?

There is no time limit as far as unlocking the ring goes. First, make sure that you have (not) unlocked it.

I am glad to hear there is no time limit - i just heard about this ring. I have the xbox 360 version and i am going to see if i can get it unlocked. Snoteye - thanks for the promotions page link too - didn't realize that was there.
