tried going to her house and nothing happened their either did i do something wrong? this is kinda annoying seeing as how i wouldent normally have her in my party

Just did merrills quest where you kill the kepper then made it to the bottom of the mountain killed the rest of the clan and nothing happened not sure if anything should happen expected a conversation with marrill at least but now i cant remove her from my party it always has the lock sign under her

We're aware of this for both Sebastian and Merrill. If it's applicable to you, starting another companion quest that locks them in will fix this issue.
