anyways i want to recruit isabela but i have never seen here i have done
tranguilty quest and even got to the part where anders treats a guy for
an STD talking about pirates (i assume thats her) but still no her at
all.

I believe you have to recruit her in Act 1, but don't quote me. My first playthrough I actually randomly entered the hanged man (At Night) and she was there. But this second playthrough I can't seem to figure out what quest I need to finish for her to show up. I honestly think I've finished more quests now in Act 1and still have yet to see her.

i hear u need tranquility from anders but maybe it needs to be in act one. I did every quest before i went to deeproads but i guess i did not talk to party enough so i did tranquil in act 2

Ok that makes sense, I need to do tranquility then. If you have a save in Act 1 you will have to go back to it. Almost certain you can't recruit here afterwards.

It was mentioned several times I think, that you have to recruit each companion in act 1, they'll be gone else...
As far as I remember I got a quest from Varric to pay him a visit in the taverna and there she was right in front of the bar
I don't know what's triggering her appearance at all, but I had her along for quite some time in act 1.

ok so i waited to long damn makes me wish i bought the guide book like before 
. oh well when mage is done still have to run threw with rogue and warr so one of them will have her as apose to the mage.
