[Neosect]

I believe I have found a bug in the "Wayward Son" quest.   In the "Arthuris's Private Dock" area, there is an enemy, a "Enforcer" named enemy, who drops
a quest item (a key).  While his body remains behind and sparkles as
an drop, I cannot interact with it.  

I have tried exiting and reentering the area.  I have tried swapping out party members.  I have tried rebooting the system.

I cannot advance the game any further without this quest line, so unless this problem is resolved, I cannot continue with the save file.
