Hey guys,
I've been looking over the warrior talents and noticed that a lot of them are different modes or stances that have different effects. Like theaten increases argo and Precise Striking increases attack power at teh cost of swing speed.
Does anyone know if you can have more than one mode active at a time? Also they seems to have an upkeep cost, anyone know how often that ticks?
Thanks

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use more than 1. Problem is then that your stamina will drain very quickly, so it's probably not very useful to do.
But I don't really have any numbers, sadly enough.

You can do this in Journeys. I have.
Id imagine its possible in DAO as well.
You might only be able to last a couple rounds with the modifications active at the pace you are eating stamina.

seems odd if you can stand in more than one way at once....

As has been said, it eats stamina really, really, really fast. That, and there are few reasons to attempt it, unless you're trying to pull some sort of last stand against impossible odds.

I wouldn't cal it stances, just focus.

the reason I'm wondering is because warriors get so many different stances that if you can't use more than one at once you'd probably never use more than one. Like why would a tank use anything but threaten? Damage warriors have more options, but a tank is kinda stuck in one unless you are just killing weak enemies that don't require the warrior to tank.
edit: I just counted the number of stances a warrior can get in every talent except specializations. A warrior gets 11 different stance / focuses / modes (whatever you want to call them).

Well I'd see the use of it. I believe both threaten and shield wall are stances. Using them both simontaneously would be quite useful. Mobs attacking the castle instead of the butchering the unarmoured mage.

Yes I think in reality you could make a case that some stances should work together and some shouldn't.
But I guess the devs should confirm exactly how you can mix them in game.

If you can't use more than one together I would hope that I can skip talents so I don't have to get a ton of useless "modes" I'll never use while tanking.

Well, you can't skip the talents. That's the idea of the talent-trees (although, those trees are more lines). Else you could pick the most powerful at level 2.
So you'll have to make a little sacrifice sometimes, to get a good talent.

I remember in the flash game Bards also had a stamina/mana regen aura, but it didnt regen theirs. Threaten also didnt take much at all to keep up, but if you were using abilities like War Cry they were a huge drain.
I imagine youll be able to have Threaten and one other one up for most fights, whatever the second one is would depend on what your fighting I guess.
