I'm at the point when Varric has asked my Hawke to check out the "haunted mansion." After having vases thrown at my head ("Andraste's flaming knickers!"), we have a piece of the idol and Varric is...acting strange. Anyways, he wants to keep it to save his brother. I get the feeling I should make him throw the damn thing away. So? One nod for yes, two for no.

I let him keep it an nothing really came of it. I talked to him afterward in the Hanged Man and he said he was just feeling a bit off in the mansion but felt better after they got out. I thought for sure something bad was going to happen with how much Anders was trying to talk him down.
