I purchased the Exiled Prince on the night of the launch, downloaded it, and successfully installed it.  But I realized that I have not seen the Act 1 content, so I looked at my installation.  It says the DLC is downloaded but "unauthorized."  My profile shows it is part of my content, so I'm not sure what is going on.  I even ran the installation again, but no change.

Any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind, I was able to figure out what the problem was.

Try going to (My) Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age 2\\Settings - delete profile.dap.
Start DA2, sign in to your BSN account - hopefully it should now be authorised.
