Here is my tl;dr review of the game: meh
You all (Bioware) wish you were in Hollywood making movies. You've made DA:2 about you and your story telling; not the player's involvement. For example, you've become so in love with your own work you wouldn't dare let a player modifiy your characters by changing their appearance. It breaks your control. Your vision. Your story.
As to you banning some guy from playing his games, because you didn't like something he said in forum/chat. Shame on you. You have just justified every customer's reticience about giving your company (and others in the future) any additional information. We know for sure now that we should post on fan hosted sites rather than come here where child like pettiness really does have absolute power.
tisk, tisk, Bioware. You allowed your good press to fester a corporate case of narcissism.
