I upgraded Anders's armor up to three slots before Act 3, but when Act 3 started and I went to look, it's back down to only one upgrade. Is there even any way to fix that, or are they still there and they're just not showing up right or what? Anyone else have this issue?

I'm playing through for a second time now, and I'm in Act 2 and even though I've found all the upgrades, for this act, it still only shows up as one upgrade. It's not really bothering me but it might be happening to others, so.
