For some reason, all my screenshots appear blank or just a plain black screen. What can I do to fix this?

Try using the system built in key combo cmd-shift-3 if the one in the game doesn't work for you. Or vice versa.

LOL that's what I've been doing. XD I would still like the in-game one to work though.

So the in game one is not working... I haven't tested it. Will try next time I play.

Same issue here... screenies are all black with the default snapshot function. I contacted EA and all I got was a very general "free up memory by quitting unnecessary processes" response, which was useless of course.

Don't think so, this issue is on a mac...

Do you have the Finder set to save screen shots in an odd or different format via the likes of TinkerTool, et al?

Apparently, I cannot even *take* screenshots. Printscreen worked fine in Origins, but not in II.
EDIT: unbinding the key and re-binding it does work.

Any resolution to this problem? The game runs really well on my mac, but all the screenshots I take are blank. Help!

I can't get the in game screenshots to work, but command shift 3 works well.

For now I suggest rebinding the key in-game. Apparently that will fix the issue.

When you mean rebinding, you mean assign it a different key?

Did you turn antialiasing on in the game options? This started happening to me (nVidia, however) when I turned it on and went away when I turned it off again.
