Hi, I am 2 quests away from being able to get to the deeproads expedition. I still need to complete Enemies Among Us and Act of Mercy.
However, when I go to the map screen and click to travel to "Wilmod's Camp" for Enemies Among Us or "Wounded Coast Approach" to complete Act of Mercy the game locks up. I can still move the mouse but DA2 becomes completely unresponsive. I have tried running the game with DX9, turned off all the graphics options, and yet still I get this bug.
I have tried searching for others who are having this bug but I haven't found anyone. If I do a reinstall will I be able to keep my savegames?

I'm not sure if it will solve your problem if you uninstall the game but if you want to give it a try but you should be able to keep your old saves. At least in DA:O the save games where stored in the default "document" folder. They should be saved if you reinstall the game, but as always make a backup for sure.
