Hey guys I got the PC Signature Edition and everythings fine so far (fingers crossed) all apart from the characters voices?

I have to turn my speakers up all the way just to hear a faint voice which is very echo-e, I tried combating this by turning down the master volume controls and leaving voice at 10 but still same problem, I've re-installed game TWICE and same problem ( Had problem on demo aswell)

Just wondering is there a solution found for this yet and I cant see anything on the forums (if there is link me please)

It's not realy that big of an issue for me personly cause i only play at night anyway when my familys asleep, just something I would like to have

Any advice would be great!!

Have you tried checking the option 'force stereo sound?'

I'm not sure if it might help but try to update the drivers for your audio card. I'm have no idea how it works but if the audio card calculate how strong the sound should be when it appears from a given spot it might be a problem with the drivers alternative that your sound card can't do such thing. Don't take this to seriously I've no idea how the calculate the sound or where, I'm just speculating.

I used to have a problem with a different game where I didn't get any voice at all -- apparently the cause was that my drivers were lying and claimed they supported surround sound when they actually didn't. The solution was to run dxdiag and turn the sound acceleration all the way off.  (But that game didn't have any in-game options to do that -- the "force stereo" option would probably work too, if you're having the same issue.)
