Hello all. How do i get the specialization points, on what level and what are the best specializations for DW rogue?
And if someone can tell me, where can i get good weapons, coz in markets i couldnt find anything. I just started to play

I believe you get the points on levels 7 and 14 automatically. I would use them on the Shadow and Assassin specializations.

If you have the Black Emporium, yes. If not, then no.
