 Hi all do any of you know where to find all the compaions and how to get them (as i dont want to miss ANY of them) is there a guide or something? thanks

Almost all Companions are aquired through quests. It's very simple; do all the quests, you get all companions with the exception of Isabela who will be at "The Hanged Man" at some point (automatically triggers a cutscene upon entering). Note that while you can meet Sebastian in Act 1, he will join you in Act 2 at the earliest, all other companions join you in Act 1. I'm not sure which quests belongs to which companion though. You really can't miss them.
