When I got my game home I hurried up and jumped on here to redeem my codes. I looked at my registered game content and saw my sword and shield and signature game content. After I did I realized this account wasnt linked to my gamer tag so I linked this account to my gamer tag and all of my content form DA 2 dissapeared. I don't get why because all of my content from Mass Effect 2 is still showing up. Can a moderator or someone please help me with my problem?

Are you checking online or in the game? Check online and check your version info in the game under extras, signature stuff is listed there. Also wait until checking bonus chest to be super sure you have an issue.

I have gotten some of my items out of the chest and my accounts are linked. Ive gotten the boots of the frozen wastes and a few other items out of the chest but my signature edition items and sword and shield dissapeared from my redeemed code list on here

You can try re-entering your Signature Edition key and see if it reapplies. If not you'll have to contact EA Customer Support (http://support.ea.com). They are the ones who deal with cd-key/account transfers.

Its not on the wrong account though. I input the codes and then linked my gamer tag to this account because it wasnt linked yet

Did you have another account already linked though? That could be the issue, but as the mod said... bioware can't do anything for you, gotta contact the parent company

I didnt have another account linked to it. I just dont see why they chose this route for their dlc. Seems to me like there would be a lot less problems if you could download everything through the xbox. Why is the black emporium dlc through the xbox and ebeything else through this website? Just doesnt make any sense to me.
