I'm in Act 2 and there's a side quest called 'Bounty Hunters' where I have to find and kill three apostates.  I found two, both located in the Wounded Coast, but I'm having trouble with the third.  It leads me to Sundermountain (where the Dalish are) and I see the little quest marker on the map, but none of the paths lead to there!  Am I missing something?  Could someone tell me how to get there?

There's one in Darktown by the Deathroot plant.

yes the one on sunder mount. you have to go ALL the way to the VERY top. he's right outside the cave you later have to take merrill to.

Hm. How odd. I've killed all three (in darktown, the wounded coast and sunder mount) yet it hasn't been marked as finished and I haven't received a reward ...

A lot of minor quests would only be avaiable depend on your choices in previous quests and even your decisions in DAO and DAA.  Bounty Hunter would only be avaiable if you return the apostates to the Circle in Act of Mercy, The Fixer would only be avaiable if you burn the Qunari corpses in Offered and Lost.

Oh man, you just killed off several issues I had thinking about what I did wrong to not acquire those quests. Thanks a lot .

The only question that remains for me now is what Senestra in the Docks (Night) is good for. Does she belong to different quests that would also have required another choice in act one (or anywhere else) or is it actually the following quest of Sketchy in the Details? I started Act 2 over again, because of all this, cuz I thought I messed it up somewhere.

I didn't want to finish Act 2 and wanted to wait for a patch that fixes the Sketchy bug. But if the bug is only him not disappearing (and keeping the questmarker over his head/quest not marked as completed in journal) without any further consequence I could just go on.

Right now I am expecting Sketchy to be the prequest of something (Senestra?). If anyone could confirm (Bioware, come on ) that it simply doesn't matter for the game if the sketchy quest is buggy or not, I would be very pleased .
