Well, that's not quite right. Sex is sex in German as well. The number six is "sechs" in German, which sounds a little like sex when it is pronounced, though the s is sharper in sex than in sechs . There's a difference.

It was just Isabela letting us all know that despite screwing everything that moved, she was still horrible in the sack. Any experienced lover knows there's more than six positions afterall.

To my mind, it only proves that, despite her vast experience, Isabela has never been with a truly skilled male lover. After all, she said of Zevran "I've had better," and he's done half of Thedas. It seems that there just aren't many men (Hawke and the Warden-Commander aside) who are as legendary in bed as they are in battle. Which, if you think about it, fits the theme of the game. The one exceptional individual elevating those around him to new heights.
