Hi has anyone managed to finish thsi quest? I canÄt find all the gangs, is there something to trigger to make them pop?

I can't get one of the gangs to fight me. It's the last one I need too. :-(

I have only been able to fight the one in Hightown, the rest don't seem to spawn.  Been through all the zones during night and daytime.  Are they progression timered?

I didn't think so. As soon as I took the quest from the board, I was able to go different places. I ran into them randomly. It just depended on where I wandered. The only group I can't fight is at the Hanged Man. They just stand around.

What's worked for me (in order of appearance) -

1. fight in the Gallows
2. fight in the tavern
3. fight in the Hightown
4. fight in Lowtown

Sketch in the docks at night, but it still completely broken. You cannot end this quest.

I just spoke to Sketch after fighting all the groups -- after spam clicking him it gave me XP + reward but the quest remains in my log

How did you get to the gallows at night? Or better yet what point in the act did you do the quest? Just found out I cant complete the Forbidden knowledge quest and now I have to start all over....YAY!!!!

the gallows battle is in the day. make a left at Sol's Shop or whatever it is.

and yea the quest is broken. It says quest completed but never registers it, even though Sketch disappears and rewards you. There'll probably be a patch for it soon enough.

Makes me miss playing DA: O since it was patched and fully DLC'd with no new thing coming and random butthappying me ._.

I did all fights in daylight, though i can't remember tavern's fight, was it day or night.

I'm having the same problem as mentioned above. He talked to me, I got a reward, but the quest remains in my journal and he has the arrow indicator showing over his head as if I still need to talk to him. I've looked this up on google, but haven't found an answer as to how to fix this.

Bioware, do you hear us about this problem?

It's a bug and I think they acknowledged it as such. The quest is complete you get the reward it just doesn't leave the quest log.

It's completed, it just doesn't get moved to the completed section of your journal.
