I beat the game yesterday morning, and there are a few achievements i did not unlock, such as;  Earned the Arishok's respect, Become Viscount, Chantry Historian and Found every variety of crafting resources. Also, if i dont take my brother into the deep roads, will he still become a grey warden? i heard from a friend that he does if you take him with you, cause beth dies if she goes.

No, if you don't take your brother with you into the Deep Roads, he goes off and joins the Templars.
