I've already progressed past the deep roads expedition and open the chest with my blood dragon armor etc. But now I'm trying to get the staff from the entitlements and I don't know how. Is it because I already opened the chest? All my ea account info checks out ( as far as I'm aware ) so shouldn't I have the stuff in the chest waiting there? I've tried multiple times to get it to appear but nothing. help?
I'm having issues with my entitlements/ unlockables.

You and the rest of us man. I have about 6 items that are listed in my bioware account as registered game content that never actually made it into the game no matter how hard I try. Lame....

Same: I checked in my uncle's house in DA2 and didnt recieve my signature edition items or the items for registering to the DA newsletter. I called EA and they said it was fixed I just had to start a new game. When I checked back to my Uncle's house I recieved the same items as before (the Blood Dragon armour, Hayder's Razor, and some books). If you guys find anything out, keep me posted.
