I've been meaning to buy the ME1 poster FORVER, but I never actually ordered it. The other day, I went to finally purchase it, and much to my disappointment, it was gone from the store.

For reference, it's this poster:

I'm creating this thread for two reasons: 1) To get a response, and 2) To see if anyone else wants this item brought back to the store. Personally, I think this poster is way cooler than any of the ME2 ones.

cheesetogo: the ME1 poster is completely sold out. we do not have current plans to re-stock that item at this time. i will pass along your feedback, but considering the age of the item, i cannot see it being brought back into the inventory rotation.

Might I suggest purchasing the prima game guide for ME1, the poster comes free with it.

I thought about that, but then it would be creased up. I was planning on having it framed. Oh well. :(

If anyone has an undamaged one they'd consider selling, I might be interested.

I'd add my voice to those who are interested in a reprinting of this. The creased one from the guide just doesn't do it.

Drat, I was looking forward to buying this as well. Almost did along with some other items, but it made the shipping price jump to two-day only. ): Off to eBay...?

I think I've seen them on ebay when I was browsing for mass effect posters, in fact, I'm quite sure of it, but the prima one isn't as bad looking as you might expect, I've got it up on the wall, and I like it just as much as if it was uncreased, if you're insisting on having it framed though, that might be a problem, but if you can bear to have it out of a frame, the prima one should be fine. TheKingBoar, that's for you too.

Unless I could get the creases out it wouldn't really work for me. I intended to put it up next to my lithographs, but if it's all creased up I don't think it would look that great.

@ThrakF - Hmmmm... I'll have to take another look at the one in the guide, I typically leave them in there for protection until I'm actual ready to put them up (which will be a while at this point due to the litho glut) But yeah, I'd imagine it wouldn't look great next to the lithos. I'm debating replacing the Craig Mullens one as mine was not exactly in great shape when it arrived and if this goes out I'd hate to see that go out too. That one really deserves a Kirkwall sized or larger litho version...

Even disregarding the uniqueness of mine, it's a fantastic poster.

Does anyone have pictures of the one from the guide? Is it the same size (~27"x39")?

Amazon is selling the Prima guide for $13, but it doesn't mention anything about the poster. Does anyone know if it is still included?

I ordered the Prima guide from Amazon. It does still come with the poster as an insert, but it's not the same one. I don't believe it's as large, and the bottom half of it is cut off. The crease marks are also pretty bad. Waste of $14 :(.

I'm willing to pay $30 for one in mint condition.

The exact same thing happened to me, OP. Hopefully they decide to bring it back. Having posters from all three games would be awesome, and it would probably be good for business on their end when the last game is released.

I hope there's a poster for the returning members of the Old Squad (I'd say Wrex too, but somehow I think that's hoping too much...). Individual posters for the whole squad in ME3 would be great, too (I'd buy at least one of most of them, hell, all of them if they were just that great...).

I bought this poster from the store, it's been sitting inside it's tube ever since.
Anyone wants it, you can have it for whatever the store used to ask, and shipping to wherever you are.

Here is a tip. If you get an iron on a low setting, you can reduce the look of the creases. Just be careful you dont burn the poster. Best to use a thin cloth between the iron and the poster (cheese cloth is good) and DO NOT use the steam setting or the poster will be ruined! In fact make sure the iron is totally dry beforehand. A friend of mine has a 30 year old John Lennon Poster that was in a dreadful state. After a few minutes under the iron, it looked a lot better. You will never be rid of them completely but if it is under glass, you will hardly noticed the crease ;)
