I built a two-handed warrior with the Beserker and Reaver specialization. I have 41 Str, 20 Cun, 20 Wil, and 40 Con. Now my question is, do I need Cunning or is it a dump stat for me? And as a follow up, is Beserker based on how much staminia I have or the percentage of staminia I have?

As a warrior, I don't think you'll ever need cunning. I suggest you dump more points into Con though so you can wear better Armor.
