 I'm in the middle of Act 2 and I viewed the first cutscene with sebastian. However, the chantry board now shows an exclimation point but there is no clickable location to continue the quest. Does this have to do with my progress in the game? That wouldnt really make sense after shelling out 70$ for what should be the normal game. I know you get him as a companion in Act 2 but did you HAVE to do the stuff in act 1?
