I pre ordered my copy of DA2 SE last year and recieved it just yesterday in Australia. I entered my codes for "Black Emporium" and "Exiled Prince" Both worked fine and are in my "in game" quest log and downloadable content list. I also entered my signature edition code on the bioware redeem site, it then took me to a success page stating I was entitled to the sound track and a reward that looks like a belt? My first question is how to get the soundtrack. The other is what is this belt? Why can't I find it in my "special deliveries chest" and where are the rest of my signature edition items such as the sword, shield, bow, staff and the others listed on the DA2 website as being available with the SE version of the game. I'm also missing an entry in my registered content page for the signature edition content as well, as I imagine it would be listed like the collectors edition content is listed for ME2 and DAO? Any help and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. And yes... my EA, Xbox and Bioware accounts are all linked in the way they are supposed to be. As every other piece of promo content and limited collector edition content from Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Origins is all listed and working fine as well as all of the other promo conent for DA2 as well excluding the SE content. Cheers

Thanks Mojoman, although I only have the EA support sites in the back of my manual, I didn't see a site to redeem the soundtrack? If you don't mind could you list the link here?

Have been reading any and all forum topics about this from all over the internet, Have sent the same question to EA also... EA replies with a "not my issue" email stating that my issues are all Bioware's problem and not there's. As well as there may "never" be a fix for the issue??? Way to go EA! So... After reading through all of these forums and searching for my topics I've digested that the 5 items and soundtrack included in the Signature edition should all be listed in my registered content page. In which they are not listed at all be it xbox ps or pc? The code has been activated and I was directed to the success page as I said earlier, trying to re enter the code tells me it's been activated already and can not be used again. I'm now looking for a bioware response as it's beginning to upset me that the content I've made sure to purchase with the intent on using is not available to me. If you look through my content page you will see that I have all of your games, Mass Effect 1&2, Dragon Age: Origins and Awakening and now Dragon Age 2 as well as almost every piece of DLC, Promo and Bonus or Collectors Edition Content you can get for each game. I would like to say the same for Dragon Age 2 Especially seeing as I"ve done everything in my power to make it so already... Thank you     Image IPB

SabreForrn, looking at your entitlements I can say you definitely don't have the SE attached to your account. Assuming you did in fact enter the right one then you'll need to get EA Customer Service to issue you a new Signature Edition code - it should definitely appear in the registered game content section of this site as should the Soundtrack download.

DarkMeph, go here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and beside the Soundtrack row should be a download link

Jakeboy1993, the Unlockables menu is currently not working properly in some cases. Please ensure you are logged in to the corresponding EA Online account and play through the game until you get to Gamlen's House - hopefully all those items will be in the Special Deliveries chest there.

Well, I'm assuming I did because the page I was directed to after entering it told me I was now entitled to the soundtrack and Signature edition items... I've contacted EA for another set of codes will come back with my results. Thanks for your response. Appreciated.

So... when you receive a copy of Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition from pre order with a code set that activates without unlocking content you contact EA, who ask you to search through the forums here at Bioware to solve the issue yourself because they can't be bothered trying to help you. You search all of the forums, even pm a moderator for help and after they inform you that they have done all they can... please contact EA? You then return to EA with all the information they could possibly need after having pinpointed and described in great detail you issue, basically doing all of their work for them. They pass you around their internal tiers of game support and go completely cold turkey on the support after reaching a third tier of support that gives you the same automated "we are looking in to your problem" message like tier 1 and 2 already have before coming to the forums. You then in complete anger submit to finding another copy of the game and purchasing it just to gain access to content you should already be entitled to after waiting two weeks with no response from your question of any kind, spending time gathering information here as well as watching the availabilty of the right version of the game start to diminish rapidly. Oh but wait now that they can see you have the content they are willing to look in to your account to see if the code has been activated! I ask, have you ever payed $220 AUD (237USD/140GPB) for a game. Neither had I until now... It's nice to know that EA is concerned enough to match the service and quality of Bioware's games and support (which I know to be of a high standard from all of my previous experiences) with an equally opposite standard.

It is testiment to you guys at Bioware that I would even go to this extent to keep my Bioware collection complete and full though. Don't stop making great games... (maybe find a different publisher? lol but don't stop the amazing productions and great forum upkeep) Hanging out for "The Old Republic" now...

Regarding the SE content.

I have unlocked it and have access to all of it in game. No problem.

My wife (profile Chloe_Nyx) has unlocked the Black Emporium and the Exiled Prince, we both have access to that as well. No Problem.

I have unlocked items from Legends. My wife is able to access that content too. No problem.

However, my wife is not able to access to the SE content (ie: sword, sheild, Bow 2H sword, and staff).

With every other game (DAO, ME/2), and with all the other content for DA2, there has been no issue with unlocking content with one profile, and accessing it with another account on the same console.

Just wondering how we might go about getting the content unlocked for her as well.

As a side note, we are increasingly annoyed at the current trend to lock special edition content to a single profile, which would then require purchasing 2 copies of a game to access it. We have been pleased to see that Bioware has not gone down this route, we hope it continues.

Thanks for your help in advance.

There was no issue with prior games because their "unlockables" were implemented as DLC. In DA2, they're true unlockables, and are actually tied to your social account.

They didn't go this route in DA2 with the DLC (Exiled Prince/Black Emporium), because Microsoft won't let them. They did go that route for the preorder bonuses, though.

I believe if you contact EA support and get them to link the accounts to one EA Master Account you will both be able to access the content (I'm not 100% about this but if you ask them they should be able to help) you can contact them via the Live chat: http://support.ea.co...at/chat_landing

Atimson:

Thanks for the info. Good on MS for preventing DLC being account specific. I hope BW do not make pre-order bonuses account specific in the future (ie: one console only but, available to all players on one console). It makes no sense and is annoying for families.

Paul: we will try contacting EA and setting up a master account, thanks for the help.

Bizarrely enough the pre-order items just appeared in my wife's game halfway through Act 2. Never got around to contacting EA as Paul suggested.

Not sure what happened.

So thank you Bioware or whomever is responsible for fixing this. Cheers.
