1. I found some runes both weapon and armor ones but where are the enchanters to place them in my armor and weapons?

2. I found crafting resources, have a couple recipes..umm how do I make stuff? Everytime I click on a crafting area it wants me to order the items..is that the way it's done now? I have to buy recipes, find resources..then go and buy the stuff anyway? I'm confused..
