This has happened twice to me now, the first time only my auto save corrupted, the time just now, all my saves corrupted.

The glitch seems to be getting semi-stuck on the loading screen, yet loading up enough so that the game can be played to a degree behind the loading screen. As in the mini map appears and the HUD can be toggled, you can run around and fight enemies, go into the menu screen (with rather garbled graphics in spots) although save and load are greyed out, and seemingly you can carry on as normal, just mostly blind.

The first time around this happened after I used the guide button on the loading screen to compare achievements with a friend also playing the game.

The second time it just happened without any warning, though to try 'fix' it I attempted to back out into a previous area and it wouldn't let me 'click' as it were. Either that or I wasn't able to move myself into the right place. Exiting to title menu and attempting to load prompts me with every save being corrupted and is unreadable.

this happened to me once, i now stop when a autosave stqarts and go no futher till its done, has not happened agian
