23 by the time the game ended. I gained 2 or 3 levels on the last quest alone, so I don't know if the system was trying to catch me up or if that was normal.

i did all the quests in the game ....or at least all listed in offical guide and i was 24...i did any quest i could useing the night map for the extra xp from fights

23 the first time as a rogue but i missed all the isabella quests, and then 24 the second time through as a warrior but was like 2000 exp from lvl 25 and that was without having done the personal quest of Fenris. as for the guy that made it to lvl 31 and whose friend is at lvl 42 i would love the cheats yall are using for my mage campaign.

I finished at 26. I had 25 through normal means, doing everything I possibly could to get xp in a legit way in game, then used a potion of heroism to get the free level to hit 26.

23, with no +exp items equipped. My playthrough is 70 hours though, wasn't really rushing, and occasionally wandered around the city for little purpose

Around 22, I think. I did a lot of sidequests in Act 1, then pretty much ignored them in Act 2 & 3.

Got 25 at end did all side quests except the evil tome cause i took 1 of the book and didnt save the girl in last act cause the quest bugged also didnt find the evil places, Did pretty much everything else.
