i beat for the first time at 27 im allmost done with my second playthrough mostlikly will end that at 30

In order to bleed the most experience out of the game, you need to know what actione in quests lead to or cut off future quests, and some of them go all the way back to Awakening.
If Nathaniel died in Awakening, then a quest involving him won't show up and you cannot get Varic's final armor upgrade. I don't know what happens if you hadn't played Awakening, I imported a save from Origins, but I haven't Got to a point where I can possibly trigger the quest.
Another instance: If you took the loan, another quest in Act 2 pops up where you kill the guy instead of paying back any money.
Yet another: if you killed Feynriel then you can't get a quest where he fan transform or you can save him from his fate.
Last one I remember: if you burn the Qunari bodies in one of the Act 1? main quests, another quest will show up later that doesn't show up otherwise.
It also depends on if you have The Exiled Prince or not.

First playthrough on easy took about 30 hours, hit level 17. Played good did every option; consequently avoided many fights.
Second playthrough is at beginning of act 3, playing as a rogue that romanced isabela. I'm pretty evil, extort/etc., and i'm at level 19. Haven't fought high dragon but got a lot more combat and quests.
Total play time so far 66 hours according to Steam. Should be about 70 though when it updates.
I have Exiled Prince and imported saves from all the DLC/expansion.

I ended up at level 23 or so. I didn't do EVERYTHING, but I got fairly close.

i was level 22.
i completed every single quest, except the ones that required me to go to the gallows before the last straw quest. I was never able to finish those 3 quests because it forced me to start the last straw quest
