Two questions.
First, is it possible to not take the amulet from her at Lothering? I agreed just because I didnt want to potentially fight her dragon and lose.

Second
I never played the Morrigan DLC for DA:O, but had I played it, would it change the experience with Flemeth in DA2?
Would it be someone else not her?
