Manual says they appear as talents under the abilities page. I got blood dragon armor on and no item bonus. Am I missing something.
How do you make potions? I see that there is a vendor you can order from, but I have none of the ingredients. How long before I can craft the Sh*t out of them instead of having like 6.
All that crap you find Fragmented Tiger Eye, old scarf etc. Is that junk or do I need to save. 10 hrs in and not even close to the Deep Roads Expedition. I go slow I guess.

Crafting works strangely this time around. You find an Elfroot, and it increases your elfroot count to 1. Now you can order (for money) any potion requiring 1 elfroot as many times as you want it seems. (I have yet to hit a limit). Any resource you aquire out in the world increases your amount of that resource permanently it seems for the purposes of ordering items. Also, in Black Emporium you can buy lots of recipes and additional permanent resource points. Don't do this until after Act 1, since resources are ridiculously expensive this way.
