So I saw Sebastions first cut scene. Then went to finish another quest or two. I come back to talk to him for the first time and he's all like 'thanks for killing the bad dudes that killed my famly. He's some coin. Bye.' And proceeds to disapear.
I thought he was a companion? What did I do wrong?
Sebastion - I thought he was a companion??

Oh okay. I thought it was one of those Bioware 'you missed your only opportunity to get this characters sucks to be you' Bioware moments...

I think they made him join late in the game so that people who didn't start a game with the DLC could still get him.

Thats exactly what they did...being that I have the guide for the game. I can confirm this to be true...which also means if their is another dlc companion...they would join at the sametime somewhat if not during one of the timeskips...

Ok, question; do you have to start Sebastian's quest in Act 2, or can you wait? I'm just wondering because I'm starting another playthrough and would like to pick up the achievements this time around (being that Bio patches it Tuesday).
