So I'm about mid way through Act 3 now and I found myself wondering something.   I get that Act 1 is ultimately about the fate of your sibling and that you can either duel the Arishok one on one or with a party at the end of Act 2 but what exactly are the consequences of your decisions(the ones made in the second act).  Is it really just Isabella stays or Isabella goes or is there something more impactful.  Is there a way to avoid fighting the Arishok?
