MODs, please move this post to whatever technical forum it should belong to!  I apologise in advance for the interruption.

Here is the problem:  I have been a BSN member for more than a year, and never posted a single message, so I should not be banned from any forums.   However, I cannot post in nearly all forums.  This and one or two others are the only ones which will allow me.  I see a "You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum" message right next to the 'Post New Topic' button.

Someone please assist me in determining why I cannot post!
