 I can not open my special deliveries chest. It even has the yellow arrow waypoint over it. Can someone please help my with this issue?

Really? Nobody can help me with this? It is so frustrating. I payed for some of my content and even pre-ordered the game to get some. I wish this problem will get taken care of.

Same thing has happened to me, i initially opened the box and took out all the content i had unlocked at the time:

Evra's Trophy Belt
Evra's Might
Boots of the Frozen Wastes
Of Things Not Lost
Blood Dragon Armor
Lothering's Lament
The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall
Hayder's Razor
Hindsight
Staff of Parthalan

Later on I finally received the code for:
Fadeshear
and
The Lion of Orlais

And when i went back to Gamlen's The box was marked as having content inside and the quest was on my log, but the box is not interactive.

I have since then unlocked:
Air of Confidence

and it still doesn't open, even though i got the quest.
To attemt to fix it i loaded my Act 1 Checkpoint save (auto save when Varric Joins you) which is before i opened the box the first time and it works fine then, giving me all the items including the Sword and Shield, going back to my main save still leaves the box broken.

I had this problem after I unlocked the Air of Confidence. I had initially gotten all of the extra content from the chest in Gamlen's shack in Act 1 and as I unlocked the Air of Confidence after progressing to Act 2 I figured I was just SOL so I left my house and continued along my merry way. Later when I returned home to show my partner the weird bug so she would know about it for her playthrough the chest opened and suddenly I had a new ring.

Not sure if you've tried leaving the house and returning or if I just got lucky, But hopefully this helps

i had this issue earlier i did a quest for isabela and came backa nd can loot not sure if it was the quest that did or just leaving the estate and comming back that fixed it

I have been having the same issue. I have tried leaving the my mansion in act ii and still no success. I have purchased and added new dlc and still can not access it. It also glitches when only the chest is interactive like the desk and other things to interact with and nothing in view i wind up opening enchantment.

I have experinced this recently as soon as I got Evra's Might from Dragon Age Legends.

if it glitches in Act 1 complete the main plot quest "Tranquility" or Companion quest "Birthright"then the items will be available upon your return to your house.If you dont feel like waiting that long take ciberclaws advice and reload the Act 1 autosave only when you attempted to try to open the special delivery box this should fix the problem.

In Act 2 complete any of the night gang missions Hometown Breed,Ladies Night Out or The Lowdown then return to your mansion during the Daytime to un "Glitch" the box.

In Act 3 complete the main plot quest "On the Loose" return to mansion and pick up your items. Please note to pick up your items before you access your mail after "On the Loose" for some reason it WILL NOT let you access your items if you do so.

This has been tested on the xbox360 version went thru an entire playthrough without accessing my special delivery box and these were the times when the box was available to me thru my expierence.I hope this helps...on the ps3 version atm i'll update if any changes occur
