i just started playing the campiagn. i got to west willow inn and defeated the 3 dudes. but it wont progress. im just stuck in this place. i talk to the dwarf and he just says "lets get em!" but they are already gone. and when i try and go into the inn he says hey the fights over here. other then that nothing else will happen. i cant move forward....i am assuming it is some glitch.

I don't have any real good solution for you, however. What you've run into happens from time to time. The game makes extensive use of "ondeath scripts" which are supposed to fire as soon as a group of enemies is wiped out. Sometimes it just doesn't work. They don't really know why or they would have fixed it a long, long time ago.
What you can do is (1) launch the toolkit; (2) load the original module that you're stuck on; (3) search and find the actual script that failed; (4) parse out the proper DEBUG console command to launch the script; (5) run the game, open the console and use your command. If you did (4) correctly, you'll get going again.
If you are unable to do all that (and it is a lot to go through, I understand why many people wouldn't want to), you can (a) do what you've already done, posting a question here, and (
someone who knows how will go through steps (1) - (5) and post an answer here (hopefully the correct answer); OR © reload an earlier save, refight the fight and continue on. © is almost always the best option. It will save you an enormous amount of time.
If you have tried © and it keeps failing, then the problem is more serious - corrupted files or whatnot - and you might do better posting in the Technical Help Forum.

You can also use GOOGLE etc. to see if others have already had the same problem and posted a solution. My quick check suggests that yours is not a common issue. Which is good news, because it means reloading will probably work for you.

I am having the same issue... I am attempting to fix it by methods 1,2,3,4,5 and so far it has gave me nothing.... I was hoping this was a good game but I have already encountered a ton of bugs

If the game is not fully patched then you will encounter bugs. Make sure you are fully patched.
