I don't want to sell it all and find out that I sold something that could be useful

well how about when you finish a quest and receive an item that the npc says is super valuable... and then it goes into your junk pile without even a quest being added or anything of merit happening?
that's dumb.
Yeah that was sad.
"I have this really valuable book full of lost arts. It has been passed down my family for generations."

Make a claymore out of broke sword bits and nails.
or melt it down.
Maybe add a slot to a merchant that can create a useful item from certain select items.
Just a thought........

Perhaps one of us can make an add on for the game that takes certain junk items and re-forges it into something useful.

If you have the Junk_mod every one of this junk_items sells for alot, at the end of the game you have 200+g. Love the mod, keep the junks.

If all the loot is, is stuff to sell to accumulate money then is the majority loot in DA 2 nothing but busy work for the player? Post-mission trips to a vendor might add a few hours total to the time played by DA 2's end I guess.

I also miss the little pictures that everything had in Origins. Armor had pictures, junk had pictures. Here, everything uses the same design with a color change. Oh yeah and I miss descriptions that each item had in Origins. Like heavy chainmail. It was nice reading that.
