everything I've found on him says he's a dowloadable content, but I don't have him, I can't find him on dlc, and customer support is stumped. Any ideas what I should do. I have most downloadable content installed including cerberus network. But not finding anything useful.

id say delete:uninstall cerberus network along with zaeed completely and then redownload cerberus and then zaeed..restart your (comp/console) maybe that will work other then that i dont know
