I thought mine was KOTOR, but when I think about it , it was actually The Sims (first version).

It used to be Dragon Age 2, but then I said something Bioware didn't like.

Hide and Seek...

Other than that probably KOTOR but I don't actually remember there being a romance in it. Just alot of lightsabering stuff in the face.

You can still buy it, works fine on most modern machines I believe. Looks beautiful with the higher res mods as well.

As far as the topic goes, I believe it was in Baldurs Gate 2. Didn't like it much though, which tends to be the case in almost all other games that feature them as well. Very tough to find a good sweet spot with them in games that are fundamentally mostly about things on much larger scales.

Sims games for EA, otherwise Dragon Age Origins for Bioware.

Leinadi...

was re-released last year.....so can be bought cheap again now (no more ridiculous money for the old versions)..

And yes, plays perfectly on windows 7 64 bit.....but you need the widescreen mod to truly appreciate it :)

@silver....go get it....NOW! lol :)

Edit:

To get back on topic....though PS:T was the first, Viconia from BG2/ToB is still my favourite.

It got forced on me in the original Mass Effect. That was really annoying.

I'll accept it because I'm desperate like that.

I better change my selection to FF7 actually now that I think about it, I forgot all about that one.

It was some JRPG, not sure if it was Phantasy Star IV or Chrono Trigger. Both my all time favorites now.

BG2 or PS:T, whichever I played first, I can't remember.

If we're talking any romance, even ones that are a basic part of the story and you don't have to do anything specific to get them going....uhhhh....prolly some old adventure game, or maybe Wing Commanders 2, 3 and 4.

Doom. It was the cacodemon... yes, it may look like a giant flying tomato, but it really just wants someone to love. Be born in hell, and it's hard to find a friend, or lover.

A couple of pixels named Princess Leoria in The Adventures of Maddog Williams. It's an old MS-DOS game. I will seriously freak out if someone else here has played it.

Alley cat.

If that one doesn't count, The secret of Monkey Island.

Technically FF7, lulz... >>

If that doesn't count...hmm Legend of Dragoon, with Dart and Shana. Heck they are building a house, even have a kid well will have one toward the end, so that should count.Though Dark Empire might also count, its clear Kyle and Jan have feelings for one another.
