Can't Search the Forum so I appologize if this was answered but When do you get Sebastian and Isabella?  I killed the people who murdered his family and I got paid.  That was it.  Isabella I haven't met yet, but I'd like to be aware when it happens.  Thanks in advance.

Sebastian can't be gotten until Act 2.

Isabella is someone you need to keep checking back at the Hanged Man to get. Check at both night and day. I don't know what the trigger is, but it's during Act 1.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe Isabella appears in The Hanged Man after you recruit Anders.

Well let's just, say if you don't have an estate, you're in act 1.

I am still in the lowtown, and have not gone to the Deep Roads yet.

Act 1 = Before Deeproads.
Act 2 = After Deeproads.
And Act 3 is after the next large cinematic where more things are leaked about the whole plot.

OK cool, then what is it when you are in the deep roads? Act 1.5

act 1 is from the beginning till you finish the deep roads

act 2 is right after the deep roads till you actualy become "the Champion"

act 3 is after you become the Champion till the end of the game....

For Isabela, I think it's triggered after you get Anders actually so she can basically get her really quickly.
