Hi,

I've never found a "search" feature on the forum to search my problem and I've looked a couple of pages to see if it was posted, but haven't found anything related to my problem.

I bought the Signature Edition (which is quite cheap made compared to the Collector's Edition of DA:O, anyway...) and when I installed the game for the first time, it asked for my serial, then started the installation process right away! It haven't even asked me WHERE to install the game! Speak about lousiness! Bioware used to do a better job when they were on their on... I blame EA.

Has this happened to anyone else??

We've had some reports of the installer occasionally fast-forwarding through the custom/express install step and not displaying that screen. Users who are affected seem to be affected ~2 out of every 3 attempts. If a custom installation is important in your case, please reattempt the install, aborting any time you're not presented with that choice.

Thanks for the answer.

I've found that, if I copy the whole installed directory to another drive, the future patches, DLC still finds the right directory where Dragon Age 2 is installed. I've also uninstalled the one in my C drive.

That's how I by passed the install problem.
