I bought my DA2 at EA Store on feb 27. I was suppoused to get The Black Emporium as other preorder bonus itens, but the e-mail I received from Electronic Arts Swiss Sàrl came only with the game cdkey.
So how do I get the key to unlock the bonus content?
The EA Store customer service wont help at all. I cant get to the EA Customer Support cause looks like there isnt one for my country (Brazil), and when it sends me to the european support, my account wont log.
Any way some one can help me find that damn key?
Didnt receive my preorder bonus code?

Looks like some people got their key from the live chat at customer support. But the Support website just keep asking for my username and password and wont let me login. It doesnt say the password is wrong or anything, just keep refreshing.

So, i went to live chat, and got my new code. Everything is working fine now.
