For me to get Haydar's Razor I had to delete DA2 from my PS3  as if it were never instaled.  Then play through the demo.  As long as you are still log into your EA acount when the demo brings you back to start game screen then you should have the Razor.  I hope this helps everybody

I didn't have to delete DA2... I just downloaded the demo and finished it. o_o;
