I just realized something that is really bugging me now... Dragon age Origins took about a year, or at least that always what I imagined because they had a lot of travelling and were stuck walking at that (my Warden was good but not that good). Well The Hero meet Ander a  year after she arrived to run from the blight so I'm thinking six months later because my warden and Alistair were married.
Bare with me I do have a point
The occurance with awakening happens two years after the Blight....

So when did Ander's have time to go to Amarathine (however you spell it) meet the warden, become a warden that is if you recruited him (what happens if you didnt?) and meet Justice considering its hasnt ever been 2 years since the blight???

 It just doesnt work... I know its petty but thing like that really irritate me.. is there anything else that just doesnt work? Or am I the only one this annoys?

More importantly, if Anders survives the end of Awakening his ending card clearly says he sticks at the keep for a few years teaching the new Warden mages, then disappears (maybe thats when he goes to Kirkwall), but ultimately returns to the keep to live out his life as a Warden. That last part clearly doesn't fit with the ending of DA2. I know Anders was a fan favorite from Awakening but they either should have been more accurate in their time line, or just created a new mage all together for DA2.

I agree... iits not like Ander's is the same charracter... he has a completey different personality sure he has Justice now but that is still a big change... it would have been more believable to have a different mage I'm sure there are plenty of mages out there that hate the templars.
