The lithos will be limited to 1 per customer, and if someone attempts to buy more than one their entire order will be canceled. (Not trying to be mean, just fair!) No replacements will be issued, as these are the only remaining copies.

and should the website take 10 minutes to load and you end up loading your order multiple times does this count for the 'more than 1' rule? or are you just referring to orders place with multiple quantities?

Supposedly they fixed the issues with the website. And given that the times aren't announced, there's probably not going to be as much of a mass of people. Not everyone will be reloading the page all day.
