I'm noticing that whenever enemies go invisible and I was targeting them it doesnt break the targeting system and I'm able to use any ability I wish on them, the the exception of auto-attack or any physical attacks. This is while playing a male warrior so I've no idea if it is persisting for other classes sexes? I'd assume so.
